How to buy Steps

Buying steps and Q&A for importing cars from Japan

Step1:Select a car and send inquiry

You can search for your preferred car by brand, price, year, and more.

If you find the car you're looking for, please fill in the required information using the inquiry button to send your inquiry.
We will inform you of the price and availability via the email you registered.

Step2:Receive details and price by email

We will get back to you as soon as possible by email.

If you are satisfied with the given price and condition of the car and decided to purchase it, please let us know.

We will issue a proforma invoice that will be required at the time of payment.

If the car you inquired about is out of stock, we will either suggest a similar vehicle that is available or contact you when a vehicle that is closely matches your criteria becomes available.

If you have any other questions or if you don't receive a response, please feel free to contact us.

Step3:Order and make a payment

Please review the price and details on proforma invoice, and if you agree, make the payment for the stated amount.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

Payment Method

For bank transfer

Please take the printed proforma invoice to the bank and request bank transfer.
After making a payment via bank transfer,
please send us a copy of the proof of payment (T/T) by email.

If you wish to pay by credit card, we will inform you of a safe and easy way to make the payment online.

Step4:Shipment and delivery

After confirming the payment, we will proceed with the export procedures. Once the shipment is complete, we will promptly share a copy of Bill of Lading via email.
Additionally, we will send the documents required for import customs clearance including original Bill of Lading to your desired address.
